Payment

After you have placed your order through the site, a follow-up e-mail will be sent to you, providing the total amount due including sales tax (if applicable) and shipping charges. You will be asked for your credit card information which you may either email to dzribner@throughtheloops.com or you may call it in to 917-593-2232. Please be sure to provide the following information: name on card, type of credit card and credit card number, expiration date and security code.

Shipping

Domestic orders will be shipped USPS priority mail unless otherwise requested.

International shipping methods/charges vary according to destination.

Returns & Exchanges

To return an item, please email dzribner@througtheloops.com for pre-approval and please insure any returns. Through the Loops is not responsible for lost or damaged items and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of receipt of order for a merchandise credit only (shipping charges are not refundable). Custom orders and sale items are not returnable.
